I believe this song is about how not everything stays the same, but what will always be the same is that she is his daughter. In the clip (0:27- 0:38) This is Post Malone talking about how one day he will have to walk his girl down the aisle. This is compelling because no matter how many years he gets with his daughter, it will never be enough for him. My next quote is directed toward his daughter's future spouse. (0:46 - 1:07) This quote is special to me because it is about how no matter who she loves, he has always loved her more.
